A calming cup of chamomile tea before bed will put you to sleep in no time, but did you know this herb is found in night cremes as well? Cremes containing chamomile have restorative and hydrating qualities. Chamomile can also be found in makeup removers, wrinkle and fine line removers, and after-sun facial moisturizers.
